Purpose

The council requires a recruitment expert to
work with, and support in the successful recruitment to five
Assistant Director posts and a LATCO Managing Director post.
 
Lot 2 (Permanent Recruitment) of the Local
Government Resourcing Partnership (LGRP) Framework was used to run
a mini competition.
 
There were five proposals received.

Decision

To award the contract to Tile Hill Executive
Recruitment, through Lot 2 of the
LGRP Framework, and the contract value is
£95,700. Approximately 1/6 (c.£16,000) of the cost will
be recharged to the relevant council owned companies for the cost
of Managing Director recruitment.
 
Reason:
Tile Hill Recruitment best demonstrated they
could meet the specified requirements and their bid achieved the
highest quality and price score.
