Purpose

Development at Ipswich Garden Suburb is
accelerating beyond predictions as a result of Homes England
Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) funding for the main
infrastructure. Crest Nicholson are wishing to enter into a
Planning Performance Agreement with the Local Planning Authority to
bring forward the next phase of their development (Phase 3A) in a
timely manner. Given current
levels of work additional external capacity is
required.
 
Suitable suppliers were identified through the
use of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6168 –
Estate Management Services.

Decision

To appoint Capita for a fee of
£16,120.
 
Reason:
To provide additional capacity required for
the Planning Performance Agreement.
