Purpose

An open procurement process using Suffolk
e-sourcing was completed for the services of a contractor to
complete fire reinstatement works at 58 & 61 Jasmine Close,
Ipswich. The works were required following a fire at 58 Jasmine
Close.
 
The decision was taken to appoint Westone Housing Limited in the sum of
£44,339.30.
 
The tender was evaluated on 60% price and 40%
quality. The work will be funded from the Council’s
insurance.

To appoint Westone Housing Limited in the sum
of £44,339.30.
 
Reason:
To complete the fire reinstatement works
required.
