Purpose

Ipswich Borough Council has a requirement for
the Council’s current website( www.ipswich.gov.uk) to be
redesigned and a new website created and hosted, with support and
maintenance.

Decision

To enter into a
contract with JDI Solutions for a 24-month initial contract term
with an optional extension of 24-months. This contract is for a
newly designed, created, hosted, supported and maintained website for
£30,500.
 
Reason:
Following a competitive procurement process,
nine tenders were returned and evaluated for the provision of this
work and JDI Solutions were the winning company.
