Purpose

Two combined hackney carriage/private hire drivers failed to provide the Council with a medical certificate when due. Their licences have been suspended in line with the current Taxi and Private Hire Licensing Policy 2024-2027.

The chair of Licensing and Regulatory Committee was consulted.

Decision

To suspend two combined drivers licences.

Reason:

Failure to provide a medical certificate.
