Purpose

The council has a
requirement for a digital signature solution to allow the signing
of agreements, with the appropriate security, audibility, easy
access for both parties and user verification.

Decision

To enter into a
contract with Glemnet (a Docusign G-Cloud provider) for a 3-year contract of
a corporate digital signature solution (up to a 3000 envelopes over
3 years) to include the ability for the electronic sealing of these
envelopes (up to 1500 envelopes over 3 years) for £15,485.93
+ VAT.
 
Reason:
DocuSign is the main supplier in the market that meets our
requirements (including the ability to add electronic seals), has
many reference sites and has responded to all our questions
acceptably and in a timely manner
