Purpose

Ipswich Borough Council has a requirement for
the provision of accurate town centre pedestrian footfall data and
dwell times at varying levels of granularity.
 
Following an open procurement process for a
3-year contract, bids were received from three suppliers.
 
Following evaluation of the bids submitted,
the tender submitted by Visitor Insights Ltd was considered to be
the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.

Decision

To award the
contract for a period of 3 years to Visitor Insights Ltd at a total
value of £49,999. The cost of which is to be funded from the
existing Ipswich Towns Fund budget.
 
Reason: To provide a pedestrian footfall data
platform.
