Purpose

A combined hackney carriage/private hire
driver notified the Council of a medical condition which rendered
them unable to meet the DVLA Group 2 medical standards of fitness
to drive. The licence was revoked with immediate effect.

Decision

To revoke the combined Hackney Carriage/
Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence with immediate
effect.
