It was RESOLVED to
refuse the application in accordance with the Officer’s

approve the application in accordance with the Officer’s

Traveller Site) so as to enable the CTMP to be submitted following
the commencement of development and to enable the archaeology
report to be submitted within a different timescale at Star
Crossroads, Star
