1. 2  FPL/2026/34 – Retrospective application for the retention of the exiting building as a holiday let at Ty Llwyd, Llanfaelog

  It was RESOLVED to approve the application contrary to the Officer’s recommendation as it was considered that it conforms with planning policies TWR 2, PCYFF 2 and PCYFF 3.  

 (In accordance with the requirements of the Constitution the application will be automatically deferred to the next meeting to allow the Officers to respond to the reasons given for approving the application).
