Recommendations:
1.1. Agree that the council should directly deliver the Connect
to Work programme. 1.2. Approve the acceptance of the Department
for Work and Pensions Connect to Work grant funding via Central
London Forward of £3,661,468, noting that government funding
can be subject to change.
1.3. Delegate to the Corporate Director of Community Wealth
Building in consultation with the Executive Member for Inclusive
Economy, Culture & Jobs to enter into a contract
with Central London Forward to deliver the Connect to Work
