1.1. To note the consultation responses to the draft Planning
Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) as set out in
Appendix 1.
1.2. To note the changes that have been made to the draft SPD as
set out in Appendix 1.
1.3. To approve the final version of the SPD attached as
Appendix 2 for adoption and to revoke the 2016 Planning Obligations
SPD.
1.4. To delegate authority to the Corporate Director of
Community Wealth Building in consultation with the Executive Member
for Inclusive Economy, Culture & Jobs to make any typographical
amendments and other minor corrections to the new SPD as
required.
1.5. To note that, subject to call-in, new planning applications
validated after 30 April 2025 will be subject to the requirements
in the revised SPD.
