1.1. Note the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO)
Public Interest Report and recommendations, with particular
reference to:
a) The full LGSCO’s public report dated 17 February 2025
and the recommendations by the LGSCO, as set out in Appendix 1
b) The requirement for the public report to be considered in
full by the Executive in accordance with the Local Government Act
1974
c) The agreed actions completed in response to the LGSCO’s
recommendations.

AGREED RECOMMENDATIONS and that thanks be extended to the
Social Care Team for acting swiftly on the recommendations of the
LGSCO.
