Recommendations:
 

1.1       Approve the
granting of a 250-year lease at a peppercorn rent for the land at
Roseleigh Avenue to Shelter from the Storm.

1.2       Delegate
authority to the Corporate Director of Community Wealth Building to
finalise the lease, following consultation with the Executive
Member for Homes & Neighbourhoods.

1.3       Note that the
proposals in this report support the objectives and priorities
established in the Strategic Asset Management Plan as well as
contributing to the Council’s mission around a safe place to
call home.
