Recommendations

1.1.               
To continue to host the North London Housing Partnership
given the commensurate benefits to the Council as set out in
paragraphs 4.1 - 4.3.

 

1.2.               
To approve the Council performing the financial
administration of the North London Housing Partnership on a
continuous basis, specifically receipt, accounting and spending of
grants in line with its primary functions in reducing rough
sleeping and homelessness as set out in paragraph 5.7.
 

1.3.               
To delegate responsibility to the Section 151 Officer for the
adjustments to the Council’s budget in relation to grant
amounts, either currently notified or those in future, relating to
the North London Housing Partnership subject to there being no net
impact on the Council’s net expenditure beyond those forming
part of its annual budget.

1.4.               
To approve the second balancing tranche of grant funding in
respect of two higher value North London Housing Partnership
services to enable these to be retained for the whole of this
financial year (2025-26) as set out in paragraphs 5.8 –
5.9.
