Recommendations:
1.1.
To agree to the publication
and adoption of a Council-wide Digital and Data Strategy to
underpin the Islington Together 2030 plan, our resident experience
outcome aspirations and our statutory responsibilities across all
services.
1.2.
To approve the Digital and
Data Strategy attached as Appendix 1 to this report.
1.3.
To sanction the publication
and promotion of the Digital and Data Strategy along with the
accompanying Case Studies that are attached as Appendix
2.
1.4.
To agree to the development
of a Council-wide digital and data delivery plan, measures and
timelines for the stated missions, in partnership with the
Corporate Management Team and Mission Delivery Board. This will
ensure that the Council takes collective accountability for the
delivery of our digital aspirations, as recommended by the recent
LGA Peer Challenge review.
