1.1.               
Approve the procurement strategy for the commissioning of services
in relation to No. 1 Stacey Street – supported accommodation
for people experiencing homelessness.

1.2.               
Delegate authority to award the contract to the Corporate Director
of Homes and Neighbourhoods following consultation with the
Executive Member for Housing.

1.3.               
Approve the award of a contract to the successful supplier for a
period of up to 72 months, including optional extensions, at a cost
of approximately £6,000,000 subject to grant
