Recommendations:

 

1.1. To note the forecast capital
outturn of £254.340m in 2025/26 (Appendix 1) and the revised
multi-year capital programme and how it will be financed (Appendix
2). 1.2. To note the requested capital reprofiling with future
financial years and budget adjustments approved by the Section 151
Officer.

1.3. To recommend to the Executive
the capital additions and reductions detailed in paragraphs 3.33 to
3.41.

1.4. To note the forecast
expenditure and receipts for housing general fund revenue
expenditure funded by capital under statute (Appendix
3).
