Recommendations:

1.Note the consultation responses
to the draft Climate Action Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
and Retrofit Handbook summarised in section 7, with further detail
and responses from officers provided in Appendix 1.

2 Approve the final version of the
Climate Action Supplementary Planning Document for
adoption

3 Revoke the Environmental Design
SPD (2012).

4 To delegate authority to the
Corporate Director of Community Wealth Building, following
consultation with the Executive Member for Inclusive Economy,
Culture and Jobs, to make any typographical amendments and other
minor corrections to the new SPD as required.
