Recommendations:

1.1. Authorise that City of
London’s London Sexual Health Programme (LSHP) undertake the
commissioning and award of the pan-London sexual health eservice on
behalf of Islington Council.

1.2. Approve Islington Council's
participation in the Inter-Authority Agreement (IAA) for the
pan-London sexual health e-service for the duration of the
contract.

1.3. Delegate authority to the
Corporate Director of Health and Social Care to enter into the IAA
with the City of London
