Recommendations:

1.1. To approve a direct contract
award for Specialist Adaptations including Installations and
Repairs for Residents with Vulnerabilities and Disabilities)
pursuant of the NHMF (NPC) framework, Disability Adaptations / #1
Minor & Major Disability Adaptations, to EffectAble
Construction Services, for eight (8) months.

1.2. To approve a direct contract
award for Specialist Adaptations including Installations and
Repairs for Residents with Vulnerabilities and Disabilities)
pursuant to the London Construction Programme (LCP) Major Works
Housing Framework MW24-H to Morgan Sindall Property Services, for
eight (8) months

1.3. To approve the procurement
strategy for two (2) long term (up to forty-eight (48) month)
Specialist Adaptations including Installations and Repairs
contracts for Residents with Vulnerabilities and
Disabilities.

1.4. To delegate authority to
award these two long term contracts to the Corporate Director of
Homes and Neighbourhoods, following consultation with the Executive
Member for Homes and Neighbourhoods, following completion of the
tender process.
