- 2 To approve the procurement strategy for a flexible framework under the light touch regime, for a period of 96 months with an estimated total value for Islington
Council, of no more than £13,600,000 based on an annual maximum of £1,700,000 over the 8-year framework period. The council reserves the right to reopen the framework during its lifetime at periods it deems necessary.
- 3 Delegate authority at the commencement of the framework and at any subsequent intervals that the framework is re-opened for new entrants to the Corporate Director of Children’s Services, following consultation with the Executive Member for Children, Young People and Families.
