2.1. To note the results of feedback received during the trial
implementation period set out in Appendix 2.
2.2. To agree to adopt the Individual Exemption policy, with
minor amendments as set out in paragraph 3.11 and Appendix 1.
2.3. To agree that once adopted, any further changes to the
Individual Exemption policy considered necessary and justified be
approved by the Director for Climate Change and Transport,
following consultation with the Executive Member for Environment,
Air Quality and Transport, under delegated authority.
