Decision
The Lead Member has AGREED to:
(1) Delegate authority to the Executive Director for Environment and Neighbourhoods and the Director of Law to make the Traffic Management Order set out in Appendix One. 2.
(2) Delegate authority to the Council’s Traffic Manager, or that person’s nominee(s), to amend, issue and, if necessary, withdraw vehicle exemptions under the Traffic Management Order.
