Decision
The Lead Member has AGREED to:
(i) Approve the award of a contract to Carers Network Westminster for delivery of the Carers Service in RBKC.
(ii) Approve a contract term of five years (1 September 2026 – 31 August 2031) with options to extend by two further periods of two years each, up to a maximum of nine years (1 September 2026 to 31 August 2035).
(iii) Approve expenditure of £1,188,383.81 over the full (up to) nine-year contract. The sum is £660,717.76 for the initial five-year period from 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2031. The two options to extend of two and two years (up to 31 August 2033 and up to 31 August 2035) are costed at £265,055.94 and £262,610.11 respectively.
