Purpose

These are all short-term contracts and will act as an interim measure whilst SIP works to design a Social Investment and Property Internal Consultancy Framework for a longer term solution.

- Approve the award of the contract to AECOM limited (Company Number: 01846493) for Project Manager consulting services through a direct call off from the Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) development consultant’s framework – Lot 10 for up to 24 months from 11 May 2026 at a total cost of £125,000 excluding VAT (£150,000 including VAT).
- Approve the award of the contract to Philip Pank partnership LLP (Company Number: OC437669) for Employers Agent consulting services through a direct call off from the Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) development consultant’s framework – Lot 9 for up to 24 months from 11 May 2026 at a total cost of £291,667 excluding VAT (£350,000 including VAT).
