Member Major Projects Board

The Member Major Projects Board is a sub-committee of Cabinet responsible for monitoring the delivery of the council's major projects once they have been approved and identified as significant. It operates on behalf of the Cabinet to ensure the major projects programme is managed effectively, in line with officer-led board recommendations. The Board reviews minutes and exception reports from the Officer Major Projects Board, considers project evaluations and risks, and makes recommendations to the Cabinet regarding the discharge of its functions.
