RESOLVED:  1)        
That the revised Terms of Reference for KLAC
attached to the report at Appendix 1 be approved.
 
2)           
That delegated
authority been given to the Leader in consultation with the Chair
of KLAC and the Monitoring Officer to make any future revisions to
the Terms of Reference for KLAC.
