RESOLVED: 
1) The draft revenue outturn position for 2022/2023 (section 2 of
the report) be approved.
2) That the new transfers to reserves as
listed at Appendix 2 of the report be approved.
3) That the amendments to the Earmarked
Reserves Policy (Section 4 of the report) be approved.
4) That the Councillors Community Grant Scheme
be extended for 2023/2024.
