RESOLVED –
 
That the premises license be modified to
include the following conditions:
 

·      
No new customers to be admitted to the premises after 1:00am

·      
A slow-release policy to be implemented to manage the flow of
people leaving the premises

·      
4 security staff members in total, 3 outside between the hours of
1:00am – 3:00am, Friday and Saturday (in addition to any
other street Marshalls)

·      
CCTV to cover all aspects of the outside of the premises and for it
to be made available to any responsible authority upon request.
