Full council record
Purpose

On 28/07/2020, Cabinet
authorised the Council to enter into a Grant Funding Agreement
(GFA) with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) to deliver
the A62 Leeds Road Smart Corridor Scheme. The main package of site
works was completed in 2023, however, Inflationary cost increases
necessitated further funding to complete the Scheme. This decision
provides for a new GFA, which revised, and increased, the
cumulative Grant amount provided by WYCA.
