RESOLVED –  
That the public be excluded from the meeting
during consideration of agenda item 16 (Minute No. 31 refers) on
the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt
information, under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972,
as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
