Space SPD sets out detailed guidance on the implementation of Local
Plan policy LP63 (New Open Space) in relation open space provision
provided as part of a housing development, which includes on-site
open space. Section 106 agreements include the clause for this open
space to be inspected and certified as implemented, fully in line
with the planning approval.

Place is sought for Inspection fee rates for the certification of
Open Spaces provided on-site, and to review these inspection fee
rates annually, in line with inflation and in accordance with
the FPR 11.1
