Purpose

The purpose of the delegated
decision is to consider increasing the fees for miscellaneous
licences, ancillary licensing fees and environmental health fees
both on the basis of cost recovery.
 

Content

That the fees at appendix 1 be
approved from the 1st April 2026; with the exception of
Animal Licensing fees, which will come into effect from the
1st October 2026.
