Purpose

The item is the March 2024
iteration of the Council Plan which will go to Cabinet and Council
for sign-off in February and March 2024 (respectively). This new
iteration replaces the July 2023 edition of the plan.
 
Key internal stakeholders have
been engaged in the development process.
 
Partners have also been engaged
in conversations regarding future revisions to population
indicators, which will be included in the new iteration of the
Council Plan.

Content

That the 2024/2025 Council Plan be approved
and referred to the meeting of Council on 6 March 2024, with a
recommendation that the Council Plan be adopted as part of the
Policy Framework.
