RESOLVED –
 

1)   
That the objections to the disposal of open space at Fenay Lane, Almondbury,
be noted.

2)   
That approval be given to the disposal of open space at
Fenay Lane, Almondbury, to enable the development of the
site.

3)   
That it be noted that there would be an opportunity for public
comment on the development proposals as part of the statutory
planning process.
