Purpose

KIAS SLA contract has
previously been given delegated authority to Calderdale Council.to
deliver this statutory function on behalf of Kirklees
 
The existing contract and
arrangements ceased in November 2023. This delegated authority had
previously gone to cabinet for approval.
 
The previous contract had been
delivered but had exceeded the available budget available. Work has
been undertaken with Calderdale to renegotiate the contract
specification within the budget available.
