Purpose

Changes to governance
arrangements and decision making at Yorkshire Purchasing
Organisation (YPO), a Local Authority Joint Committee in which the
Council is 1 of 13 participants.

Content

RESOLVED –
 

1)   
That the changes recommended by Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation,
as set out in the report, be noted and approved.

2)   
That authority be delegated to the Service Director (Legal,
Governance and Commissioning) to sign an updated Management
Agreement on behalf of the Council, noting that all Member
Authorities must be agreeable before the revisions can take
effect.
