Purpose

To increase Trade Waste Fees
& Charges inline with inflation and benchmarking against
Private Companies and other Local Authority’s to be effective
from 01st April 2024. This will include the following
services:

Special Collections
·      
Street Cleaning
·      
Replacement bin sales (Commercial)
·      
Skips & Bulky containers
·      
Trade Wheeled Bins
·      
Trade Recycling Service

This decision was taken to
increase prices for the service inline with inflation and following
a benchmarking process with private companies and other local
authorities to cover costs, increase revenue and contribute to
reducing the council’s deficit.
