Purpose

As a part of the annual fees
and charges review the Markets service has undertaken an assessment
of the current charges, other providers pricing and our delivery
costs. This then forms the revised pricing strategy for 24.25,
effective from 1st April 2024.

As a result of the review,
key fees and charges will increase for the Markets Service at a
rate 10%, as the service doesn’t fully cost recover and rates
haven’t been reviewed for a significant period. Discounts
applied to lease agreements linked to project delivery that are no
longer progressing will cease and rates will return to full from June / July 2024.
