RESOLVED: That the
application for the Transfer of a Premises License, Ravensthorpe Off Licence,
618 Huddersfield Road, Ravensthorpe, WF13 3HL be
refused.
 
The reasons for the Panel’s
decision were that the following licensing objective would not be
