Approval of the application and issue of the
decision notice delegated to the Head of Planning and Development
in order to:
 
(a)      complete the list of
conditions including those contained within the report and the
update and subject to the inclusion of maintenance of the
stairs.
 
(b)      secure a Section 106
Agreement, with the terms set out in the report and subject to
inclusion of maintenance of the stairs.
