RESOLVED –
 

1)   
That authority be delegated to the Strategic Director for Adults
and Health, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to
design a enter into a formal 12-week consultation process relating
to supported living care and support services.

2)   
That the outcome of the consultation be considered at a future
meeting for a decision on implementing potential service changes as
outlined at paragraph 2.4 and 2.5 of the considered report.
