RESOLVED:
 
That the application for the
Grant of a Premises License, Bankgate Mills, Bankgate, Slaithwaite,
Huddersfield, HD7 5DL be refused.
 
The reasons for the Panel’s
decision was that the
following licensing objectives will not be met:

1.   
Protection of children from harm

2.   
Public Safety

3.   
Prevention of public
nuisance
