take effect within the next 6 months, taking into account the need
for amendments to the TRO and the need to notify affected
households.

permits for Electric Vehicles, which allow free parking in all pay
& display areas, since September 2021. This offer was launched
as a trial to be reviewed after one year. The decision is that an
annual charge of £150 will be applied, to take effect from
around September 2023. Existing permits which are valid beyond
September 2023 will continue to be valid until they expire at which
