Purpose

The ACV Listing Panel considered that in the
opinion of the council,  the Moorland
Social Club and Bowling Green should not be listed as an ACV as the
panel do not think it is realistic to think that the bowling green
could returned to a use that would further the social wellbeing or
social interests of the local community in the next five years. As
set out in Part 5, Chapter 3
paragraph 88 (2) (b) of the Localism Act.

Content

The decision was taken not to list the
Moorland Social Club and Bowling Green as an Asset of Community
Value as the nomination did satisfy the criteria set out in Part 5,
Chapter 3 paragraph 88 (2) (b) of the
Localism Act.
