Purpose

The Strategic Director of
Adults and Health was delegated by Cabinet on Tuesday 17th January
2023 - To evaluate and award a call off contract following a mini
competition using Lot 7 of the Crown Commercial Service Management
Framework Agreement in consultation with the Strategic Director of
Corporate Strategy, Commissioning and Public Health, the Section
151 Officer and Cabinet Members for Health and Social Care, and
Corporate Services.
 
The procurement
mini competition has now completed
and the decision to appoint an external provider can be
made.
 
The decision will take
effect from 17th May 2023.
