Purpose

To approve the acceptance and execution of the Grant Fund Agreements associated with the delivery of the 2026/27 Highways Capital Programme, previously approved by the Chief Executive on 30 June 2026, and to authorise all actions necessary to implement that decision.

The Grant fund agreement is required to allow funding to be received by Kirklees from WYMCA for Quarters 1,2, 3 & 4 of 2026/27 (totalling £13,125,593) as per the Strategic Outline Case collaboratively produced by the 5 local Authorities.
