Purpose
To implement the provisions of the previous letter provided by the Council to NRIL granting NRIL with a full indemnity relating to the land adjacent to the George Hotel, currently in use as a site compound.
Decision
To authorise any Principal or Senior Lawyer to enter into a Settlement Agreement with NRIL providing an indemnity as outlined in the letter provided to them dated 1 April 2025.
