Decision

RESOLVED - That authority be delegated to the Service Director (Property), in consultation with the Cabinet Member (Regeneration, Highways and Transport), to negotiate and agree terms with the CIO for the grant of a 125 year lease of the Property, being the land at the rear of Denby Dale Library as shown edged red on the attached Plan reference 25-0171, and instruct the Service Director (Legal, Governance and Commissioning) to enter into and execute all necessary documentation in connection with the grant of the lease, and subject to compliance with all statutory requirements.
